This section clearly presents some examples of the most recent case studies carried out in collaboration with leading companies in the packaging and food industry.

We report the description of the food and the corresponding comparative photographic material in order to make immediate the qualitative perception on the conservation of the food.

 

With these images we want to transfer not only the advantage linked to the extension of the shelf-life but also the visual perception of the freshness of the food thanks to a greater defense against exogenous agents, which preserves the original organoleptic properties and taste.
